Caterpillar repair technology of CAT diesel engine cooling system

卡特彼勒CAT柴油發(fā)動機冷卻液通過一個與散熱器或熱交換器相接的彎管進入水泵。冷卻液流在水泵出口分路，一部分達到中冷器，而大部分通過滑油冷卻器。

Caterpillar CAT diesel engine cooling fluid through a connected with a radiator or heat exchanger pipe into the water pump. Coolant flow in the pump outlet branch, part in the cold, and most of the oil cooler.

注意：水泵出口有一開口以便可以將一遠距離泵接到本系統，如果卡特彼勒柴油機上的水泵出故障，可以使用遠距離泵。

Note: export pump with an opening so that it can be a long distance pump to the system, if the pump out the Caterpillar diesel engine fault, you can use long distance pump.

送到中冷器的冷卻液通過中冷器芯體，然后通過彎管送進機體尾部V型中心附近的通道里。送到滑油冷卻器的冷卻液通過滑油冷卻器，然后流進右尾部氣缸的水腔里。較冷和較熱的冷卻液混合，然后通過與所有氣缸水腔相接的分配支管進入到機體兩邊，主分配支管剛好裝在主軸承油溝上面。

Sent to the cooling liquid cooling through the intercooler core, and then through the pipe to the near body tail V central channel. To the coolant oil cooler oil cooler, water chamber and then flows into the right tail of the cylinder. Caterpillar CAT diesel engine cooling fluid through the water jacket around the cylinder, from the bottom up, the highest temperature in the cylinder, top, water cavity are less. 調節(jié)器殼體(8)有上流和下流，且使用四個溫度調節(jié)器器，四個溫度調節(jié)器的感覺溫胞位于殼體下部分的冷卻液里。調節(jié)器開啟前，冷的冷卻液通過殼體下部和旁通伐管線回到水泵進口。當冷卻液的溫度上升到足以使調節(jié)開始動作時，流進旁通伐管線的冷卻液停止，冷卻液通過出口到達散熱器或交換器。

Regulator housing (8) with upflow and downflow, and using four temperature regulator device, four temperature regulator feeling warm cell located in the housing part of cooling liquid. The regulator before the open, cold coolant through the lower part of the casing and the bypass of pipeline back to the pump inlet. When the temperature of the cooling liquid rise enough to make the adjustment to the action, into the coolant bypass cutting line stop, coolant through the radiator or heat exchanger outlet at.

總的系統冷卻容量取決于散熱器或熱交換器的尺寸。使用50%的純水和50%的永久防凍劑的混合體，然后增加3~6%的濃縮抗腐蝕劑。

Cooling system capacity is determined the total for the radiator or heat exchanger size. A mixture of 50% water and 50% permanent antifreeze, and then increase the 3~6% concentration of corrosion inhibitor.
